Ariens 25hp ZTR Tractor Review - Is it worth it?

The Community Park was mostly overrun with grasses and shrubs between spring and summer, and this meant more mowing for the community workers and a longer time spent at trying to cut the grasses on several hectares of land. Since the hand push reel lawn mowers were ineffective in this case, we took it upon ourselves to find a lasting solution for the dilemma.

Visiting a few hardware and utility stores in the neighborhood wasn’t making the equipment search any easier. So, we decided to check out some online stores for the best mountable lawn mowers that fit what we needed. Then we came across the Ariens 25hp ZTR, and it seemed perfect for our needs. It was one of the best zero turn riding lawn mowers on the market.

Specially designed for making tough terrains and hilly slopes seem like a playground when mowed. Perfect for office buildings, farms, parks, and large properties. This equipment delivered power from a 25 hp / 725 cc Kohler 7000 series engine, which guarantees high performance in all activities. It was perfect as we needed something to cut the overrun grasses and shrubs in the community park.

A few reasons I find this mountable lawnmower spectacular include:

• The Engine and its Attributes: A remarkable 25 horse-powered / 756cc Kohler 4-cycle engine brand with two cylinders and a 12 – volt key starting system guarantees high performance.  A comfortable fuel tank size of five gallons. A 12 volts lead-acid battery for the motor helps the ignition function.
• A 60 Inches 10 – Gauge Steel Cutting Deck: The cutting deck on the Ariens 25hp ZTR is 5 inches deep and fabricated construction from premium quality 10 – gauge steel that reinforces the mechanical foot of the machine and provides more strength for the frame. Three cutting blades and a cutting speed of up to 18,000 feet per minute makes mowing the community park an enjoyable mowing session up to fifteen adjustable deck positions and an adjustable cutting height of 1.5 to 5.0 inches. I also enjoy three different cutting options from side discharge, mulching, and bagging the finely cut pieces of grass.
• Fanciful Drive Functions: This mountable lawn mower machine comes with large commercial rating tires for smoother traction and a great ride ( 13 x 6.5 inches fixed wheel for the front and 22 x 12 inches with pneumatic wheels). With adjustable seat and seat rest functions, it also gives less vibration during the drive, allowing you a calmer control of the machine. Variable drive speed of 8 MPH for maximum speed and 4 MPH as the maximum reverse speed is just about enough speed as I need.
• Hydro-Gear Transmission: This machine comes with steel made gears and a ZT3100 Hydro-gear transmission. This gear transmission feature is supported by the Ogura GT1A Electric Clutch for easier transmission. The Zero Turn function allows easy handling and saves clearing time.

The mountable lawn mower only required a few minutes with the user guide to get familiar with operating instructions, and the rest is history as they say. The community park looks well-trimmed and requires a lesser effort to complete.
